Education Consultant Licence (ECL) 

At Jackson Hayes, we are leading the way in transforming the education recruitment industry by setting new standards in safeguarding. In collaboration with the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), we are in the process of developing the Education Consultant Licence (ECL), a certification process for consultants nationwide. This licence establishes a rigorous code of conduct and best practices, ensuring the highest levels of compliance, safeguarding knowledge, and quality of service. Our vision is that schools will soon recognise and seek out consultants who hold the ECL, trusting them as a mark of excellence and commitment to the safest and most professional recruitment standards in education.
