At Jackson Hayes, transparency and competitive pricing are at the heart of everything we do.

While every role has its own requirements that can influence costs, we maintain a consistent and competitive margin of just £40 per day - significantly lower than the sector average of around £50.

​

For example:

• If a teacher is paid £160 per day, the client charge is £200 per day.

• If a teaching assistant is paid £100 per day, the client charge is £140 per day.

We are committed to paying our candidates fairly. To ensure this and comply with the Agency Workers Regulations, we ask clients what they would pay the individual in a permanent position. We then divide the annual salary by 195 working days to calculate an appropriate daily rate, before adding our fixed margin to determine the final charge rate.
