Shaping a brighter future through education
Our mission is twofold; to shape a brighter future through education by connecting schools - across the UK and international schools globally - with exceptional educators worldwide, and by promoting our social and environmental impact.
Our Story
Our story is built on three core experiences that shape our mission and values at Jackson Hayes.
First, as seasoned professionals in education recruitment and international school leadership, we’ve seen how ethics and integrity can sometimes take a backseat to profit. We founded Jackson Hayes and created the Education Consultant License (ECL) with a commitment to elevate industry standards and drive out those who fail to prioritise safeguarding - watch this space!
Second, during Co-Founder Joshua’s time in Ghana, where he volunteered as a Primary teacher in a remote village. He saw firsthand how one class can inspire a child’s future. His interest in astronomy sparked curiosity in his students, showing him the transformative power of education.
Third, during our Founders’ trip to Vietnam, where the natural beauty of the country was overshadowed by overwhelming plastic pollution. As environmental and social advocates, we realised that education is the most powerful tool to cultivate environmental and social stewardship and inspire creative solutions to global challenges like the plastic waste crisis.

Our objectives

(1) Treats everyone with dignity and provides fair pay for all.
(2) Enables and welcomes constructive dialogue about its behaviour in keeping true to its purpose.

(4) Protects and nurtures all who work for it to ensure people also learn, contribute and thrive.
4. A good citizen
(1) Considers each person affected by its decisions as if they were a member of each decision- maker’s own community.
(2) Seeks and provides access to opportunities for less privileged people.
(3) Makes a full and fair contribution to society by structuring its business and operations to pay promptly all taxes that are properly due.
(4) We pledge to donate more than 20% of our annual profits to charitable causes each year.
5. A guardian for future generations
(1) Honours its duty to protect the natural world and conserve finite resources.
(2) Contributes knowledge and experience to promote better regulation for the benefit of society as a whole rather than protecting self- interest.
(3) Invests in developing skills, knowledge and understanding in wider society to encourage informed citizenship.
